Every New Palm Solutions tree is assembled in four precision-engineered components — built for strength, ease of install, and a finish that's genuinely indistinguishable from the real thing.

Steel Pole & Concrete Anchor

A heavy-duty steel pole is set directly into concrete — giving your palm an unshakeable foundation built to handle anything nature throws at it.

Trunk Sleeve

A realistic, textured trunk sleeve slips over the steel pole — creating the look and feel of a natural palm with zero maintenance required.

Palm Head

A palm head assembly connects securely to the top of the trunk, forming the base for every frond and giving the tree its iconic silhouette.

Leaves Into the Palm Head

Each individual leaf slots directly into the palm head, building out the full canopy and giving the tree its natural, lush appearance.

Side Leaves on Each Stem

What is the lead time after order has been placed?

Typically turn around time is 8 weeks since our palms are hand made but can be faster! Please reach out before your order!

How much is shipping cost?

Shipping cost is free in Dallas, TX. If you are outside of DFW please reach out before ordering to get a shipping quote.

New Palm Solutions is located in Dallas, TX

What are our palm trees made out of?

The trunk of our palm trees are made of fiberglass, steel and rebar and the fronds are made out of a UV protected plastic.

What is your warranty?

New Palm Solutions offers a 1 year structural warranty for all of our palms (this does not include any fading of color).

Along with this, we offer a 10 year prorated warranty on our trunks and leaves! For example if trunk needs to be replaced after 8 years than you would get 20% off a new trunk. Shipping is not included in warranty or Install.
