Typically turn around time is about 4 weeks since our palms are hand made but can be faster! Please reach out before your order!

What are our palm trees made out of?
The trunk of our palm trees are made of fiberglass, steel and rebar and the fronds are made out of a UV protected plastic.
What is your warranty?
New Palm Solutions offers a 1 year structural warranty for all of our palms. We have also built our palm trees fully modular so if you ever need to replace a specific part, you can just replace that part and not the whole palm tree.
