The Anatomy of an Architectural Palm

Most artificial greenery is designed for indoor display—fragile plastic leaves glued to foam trunks that turn brittle and disintegrate under outdoor sun.

New Palm Solutions approaches production through an architectural lens. Every palm is built from heavy-gauge structural steel, molded from living specimen trunks, and fitted with commercial polymers engineered at the molecular level for outdoor resilience.

From internal load-bearing frames to individual leaf vein architecture, we fuse industrial structural strength with botanical realism to create a permanent landscape asset.

  • Internal Structural Backbone: Continuous heavy-gauge steel pipe handles high-wind lateral shear forces.
  • Botanically Cast Exterior: Trunk molds captured directly from living mature palms replicate genuine fibrous bark textures.
  • Compounded Colorants: Molten polymers blended with UV inhibitors ensure color depth that will never peel or bleach in the Texas sun.
