How to Install
Can be installed in as little as one day using fast-setting concrete!
We provide everything needed for installation—including the mounting hardware and anchor system. All you need to provide is the concrete.
To securely anchor our palms against high winds and severe weather, we recommend the following concrete pier sizes:
12 ft Palm — 20" × 20" × 24" deep
14 ft Palm — 20" × 20" × 30" deep
17 ft Palm — 20" × 20" × 36" deep
21 ft Palm — 20" × 20" × 48" deep
Pier requirements may vary depending on site conditions and installation location.

When setting the anchor bolts in concrete, make sure they are securely tightened to the provided template so they cannot shift or become crooked while the concrete sets. Proper alignment is important so the bolts line up correctly with the palm’s baseplate.
Do not allow the template itself to become embedded in the concrete. The concrete should sit approximately 1–2 inches below the bottom nut, while still ensuring that a portion of the threaded section of each anchor bolt is embedded in the concrete.
We recommend the top of the concrete pier be 2–3 inches below ground level, allowing the area to be covered with rock or mulch for a clean, finished appearance.
5-Step Installation Process
Dig the Footing
Dig the hole to the recommended width, length, and depth for your palm size. Make sure the bottom is level and firmly compacted to create a stable foundation.
Pour Concrete
Fill the pier with standard Quikrete. The number of bags required will vary based on the recommended pier size for your palm.
Set Bolt Template
While the concrete is still wet, place the provided anchor bolt template in the center of the pier. Use a level to ensure both the template and the concrete surface are level before the concrete sets.
Mount Steel Trunk
Once the concrete cures, slide the baseplate over the anchor studs. Tighten firmly with the included lock washers and nuts.
Insert Fronds
Slide each UV-protected frond into its receiver on the palm head. Gently bend each frond to create a full, natural-looking canopy.
