Returns and Refunds

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition: Palm trees must be completely uninstalled, undamaged, and repackaged securely in their original crating with all modular components and hardware included.

Return Freight & Restocking Fees: Because our products ship via specialized LTL freight, customers are responsible for all return freight shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged in Transit: If an order arrives damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt upon delivery, take photos, and notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange immediate repair parts or a replacement at no cost to you.

Custom & Commercial Orders: Custom-height palm builds, customized trunk curvatures, and volume commercial project orders are built-to-spec and non-refundable once production begins.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days following physical warehouse inspection of the returned freight crate.

Free Texas Delivery: Free standard freight shipping on all palm tree orders delivered within Texas.

Nationwide Freight: We ship across the contiguous United States, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on crate size, weight, and destination.

Curbside LTL Freight Delivery: Due to size and steel core construction, all trees ship securely crated via freight with liftgate service. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule an appointment window prior to curbside delivery.

Fulfillment & Transit Times: Orders typically process within 3–5 business days, with transit taking an additional 3–7 business days depending on location.

Tracking & Inspection: A tracking number and Bill of Lading (BOL) are emailed upon dispatch. Please inspect crating upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt.
